In September 2025, Chef Alain Pham and his team at Aiii House Saigon were honored to host the judging session of the L’Officiel Beauty Choice Awards 2025—an annual recognition by L’Officiel Vietnam celebrating outstanding beauty products selected by a panel of editors and industry experts.

For the occasion, Chef Alain curated a bespoke artisanal canapé menu, reflecting his culinary philosophy of precision, balance and modern aesthetic clarity.

The selection included:

• Pâte à biscuit with smoked beef cheek and mustard
  A delicate interplay of soft and crisp textures, layered with gentle smokiness and a bright mustard note.

• Shrimp tartare tartlet with grape jelly and caviar
  A clean, luminous composition balancing sweetness, salinity and fresh seafood clarity.

• Duck croquette à la parmentier with gruyère and paprika
  A warm, comforting miniature refined into a modern bite.

Each item was designed as a miniature composition, using seasonal ingredients and understated detailing—an aesthetic that resonates with L’Officiel’s celebration of beauty and contemporary artistry.

This collaboration deepens Chef Alain’s ongoing engagement with creative communities, positioning Aiii House Saigon as a place where gastronomy naturally intersects with beauty, design and modern culture.
