In a private collaboration with La Prairie, Chef Alain Pham and the team at Aiii House curated a bespoke dining experience that explored the meeting point between haute skincare and contemporary Vietnamese cuisine.

Founded in Switzerland and internationally renowned for its pioneering use of caviar, La Prairie represents a philosophy of luxury defined by precision, restraint, and time. Rooted in cellular science and rare ingredients, the brand’s universe is one of quiet excellence - where refinement reveals itself through detail rather than display.

This sensibility became the guiding principle of the collaboration.

Hosted within Aiii House’s signature green-hued interior, the experience unfolded as a composed dialogue between space, texture, and taste. Rather than mirror La Prairie’s identity literally, the menu translated its values into a culinary language: purity of flavor, controlled richness, and an understated sense of indulgence.

Each dish was conceived to feel light yet expressive, echoing the brand’s approach to skincare — nourishing without excess, sensorial without heaviness.
