To mark their first year in Vietnam, Escentials partnered with Chef Alain Pham in 2025 to present a private dining experience where fragrance met flavor in two curated sessions — noon and night.

Hosted in an intimate green-hued setting, the event brought together fine dining and scent in a carefully choreographed sensory dialogue. Each course was designed to reflect the emotional layers of perfumery through a thoughtful culinary lens.
