On March 7th 2025, Chef Alain Pham collaborated with Alois Lageder to present a one-night-only dining experience where terroir-driven wines from Alto Adige were paired with his bold, contemporary take on Vietnamese cuisine.

Each pairing told a story — a dialogue between land and craft, tradition and interpretation.
